I really enjoy how "jenky" this animation is, the way the feet don't really move at the right pace. To be honest, this is partially due to the limitations of the medium.

But I really think that limitations can be charming, think of something like the film "Labyrinth" compared with the sleek computer animations of today.

I am interested in the idea of doing as much as possible with only a few frames. Keeping the animation simple and not completely distracting from the article or whatever project it we are illustrating. I think it is an excellent way to utilize the new platforms that publications run on as well as add something to the image. This first one is about sea level rise and the sea walls in NO.

Many of these, especially the 2nd from top, are about the availability of content and omnipresence of the screen in our lives.
